Today we went back to Maui....

Today we went to see Just go with it!
and took a little trip down memory lane :)
The movie was Hilarious... Loved the chemistry
between Aniston and Sandler and Nicole Kidman
and Dave Matthews Bring on the Lols Big Time!
A must see and a must own on dvd!

We felt like we were there and we were!

taking it easy not so Easy!!

Trying to take it easy this week and having a really
hard time... It is so hard to do in a town when there
is so much to do on your day off! Honestly I am really
very glad that it was not anything more serious but, its
been over a week and I am missing out on some prime board
time!! So really nothing very exciting to blog about this
week...

Valentines was a great night at Ember Scotty B. and Scott
Sweeney put together an amazing 3 course menu everyone was
really impressed! The town is hopping and business is really
good right now and Spring break is right around the corner
and we should stay busy until the end of season which is
April 23 and then we close until May 19Th! Not sure what
we will do for a whole month guess we will have to get
creative.

It has been a while Dell was down & out and she was not the only one... Last friday while walking to the bus after a long day at work I slipped and fell and landed on my bag and stainless h2o bottle and knocked the wind out of me :( worked the next four days with very hurt ribs. Fianlly went to the medical center yesterday for x-rays and luckily there were no broken bones... bruised and maybe torn muscle! Doctor told me no lifting over 10lbs for the next 10 days and to take it easy so I am going to do my best. Because I am "so good on my feet while walking around town" I bought some Yak Tracks to help me keep my feet on the ground! They are Awesome and I wish I had them last friday. So no boarding this week Scott went out by his self so he was off the hook on filming and watching me fall in the Snow! Check out last weeks progress not bad! I am pretty upset that I will not be able to go back up for a couple of weeks but, when I do watch out :)

Fun with the Roth Family...Rick Trish,Tim,Jordan and Sam!

We had a great time with my cousin Rick and family ! Lunch at Breck Brew followed by
a tour of Ember then off to Carter Park to sled with dogs in tow! Back home Scott made
Pizzas and a few rounds of Jenga! Good times!

 We are super excited for our next round of guests!

Snow Sculpture 2011 Breckenridge

The Snow Sculpture Challenge comes every January to Breckenridge teams from all
 over the World come with designs in hand ready to create Sculptures in hopes theirs will be the Best!
This year Mexico won!  Ember sponsored the American team put on by Budweiser and they
came in Third place! It would have been really hard to judge there were so many great designs. We all went over after work Monday night and they were all lit up with l.e.d. lights they were so Beautiful!

We were on the same Island as Adam Sandler, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Aniston-um, who stayed at Oprah's Ranch Whom The Big O bought from the guy who gave us the Best Horse Back Ride Ever!

 Our Host Dane and his wife Sherry suggested we go to The Grand Wailea for the day and walk the
grounds and enjoy the beach and so we did! It was such a great day we walked the grounds and really
had such a beautiful time, on our way out we walked through what we thought was The Grand Wailea
Luau and  found out two days later when we met Keith Ranny at Grandmas Coffee Shop -Who was
raised in Cincinnati and graduated from Anderson high in 1979! that he was to be an extra in the movie

and that we walked through The Movie Set! So look for us :) We may have made the cut! If not here is a
couple of pics ....
